• You retain full control over your AI characters and can request deletion at any time
• Your facial data is processed securely and is not shared with other users without your permission
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your AI characters through our platform

Using Other People's Photos

When creating AI characters or generating content featuring other individuals, you must:

• Obtain Explicit Written Consent: Secure documented permission from the individual before uploading their photos
• Explain the Purpose: Clearly inform them that their photos will be used for AI model training and content generation
• Describe the Processing: Explain how their facial data will be processed by our AI systems
• Inform About Generated Content: Let them know what types of content may be generated using their likeness
