What is your Fulfillment Policy?
Digital services and subscription benefits begin when your purchase is confirmed. Refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started, except where required by law or your app store's policies.
For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, refund and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google. Contact them directly for charges made through your Apple ID or Google account.
These Payment Policies govern transactions on Tellow AI.
1. Pricing
Subscription and pay-per-use plans are clearly outlined on our pricing page. Prices are listed and may include applicable taxes.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Apple App Store, Google Play, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods shown at checkout (including Razorpay on web). Availability depends on your device, region, and plan.
3. Refunds
Refunds are generally not available once a plan has been purchased. However, refunds may be issued under certain exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the Service or errors in billing. Refund eligibility is determined at Tellow AI's sole discretion.
Subscription refunds are not available once the billing cycle begins. If you cancel your subscription, no refund will be issued, but your plan will remain active and valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Auto-Renewals
Tellow Pro and other recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are processed by Apple, Google, or your selected payment provider.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. How you cancel depends on where you subscribed:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tellow Pro
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Web / Razorpay: Through your Tellow account or as described at purchase
Upon cancellation, no refund is provided for the current billing period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, then will not renew.
All features and services included in your plan continue until the end of your paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel.
6. Security
Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant third-party providers.
